my co-workers and team mates across all sites. it would be more fantastic if there were more engagement with our department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture itself of our site. our VP values every associate. we build our own associate to become one of the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Team is one, we keep ourselves excelling on our field of expertise. we always encourage ourselves to become better for our company. we build ourselves through team progress.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
somehow they managed to consult our team with regards on our compensation under our tenure with the company. though we haven't received any increase from the very start, they're still trying to push it through. our current task is seriously under paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we have been under paid since the very start. the job description is not the same on our current tasks. we have started the task and yet the compensation is still being processed. it has been 2 years and we haven't got any increase. we're hoping for a better compensation.
