i like that we can work in a flexible time.

they are within my age range so i like working with them. I get to learn from them too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i think this can be improved. We dont have a performance bonus since 2017 and hoping to receive this as well. I am hoping that the company will show more encouragement to corporate employees such as sending birthday gifts, welcome gifts, christmas gifts and salary increase.
