Not so happy, because they dont care if their people leaving the company even that person is being loyal staying with the company. Not even being recognized or compensated properly

Fair to all agents in approving leave requests, give chance to others to be promoted

No salary increase, ive been with the company for 6yrs . No recognition no appreciation
