Yearly increase because let's be honest, Most company do have appraisal and I'm very positive that this is also one of the reason why many chose to transfer, before MASICARE allows agent to have their vitamins but now they removed it, In addition its very hard to have a reimbursement for med.

I'll be very specific, I really enjoy coach MARILOU VELEZ leadership, she's from SITEL OJV. She always makes time for us and she inspires me.She showed us the big picture of where or what we could achieve and because of this I'm very positive and I'm working so hard.Our efforts are being recognized
