at first it is fulfilling and happy to be with but on the recent years it seems with the changing of ownership it seems the values seems to forget on how to take care of the agents concern .

we have accommodating support group, and friendly coworkers in the production floor
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
never got a raised as per or aligned as per LOB and no LOB allowance compared to other campaign is getting , feeling that we are being left out and excluded.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership should keep their promises , like the previous agreement are not kept and we as employees are not informed of the changes happening specifically on the healthcare program like my my wife can no longer avail of the optical availment
