They are easy to approach. If you have questions, they are always available.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since shuttle services are not being provided anymore. Extra allowance for transportation would be highly appreciated.

Reliability. Basically, you can ask anyone with any concern you would like and they can provide you best answer.

Leaders should have more compassion. They need to express that they needed their employee more than the employee needed them.
