it all boils down to insufficient salary, i guess. plus lack of enough motivation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase and more incentives. I am performing quite well enough, but I don't think I'm fairly compensated. I am offering more than what the company provides as compensation. And to be fair, everyone deserves a higher salary, regardless of tenurity. Thank you for letting me air my opinion.
