What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is on the same level, no one is too boastful or too sensitive. Everyone is comfortable with each other and everyone is friendly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wasn't part of the agents that was aligned with their salary of the account which I should of been. I hope they reconsider it, it will be a lot of help for my children to get a little raise.
