Sitel provides my needs of my family last 2020 when pandemic came. I can still send money to my mom that time for their needs but that is the use of my available VL's and SL's without that I cant send money to them. there is no sleeping quarters to rest or just a resting place no bidet
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They can manage things efficiently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are given free foods, entry raffles, top performers were recognized, good coaches some are not, my friends are just around me :)
What makes you most happy at work?
I have friends to talk to like every lunch, and I have a very good coach and it is encouraging to come to work coz you have no hesitations to see her face again and she gives us motivation
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the best team right now with my current coach. She is very kind, understandable compared to other coaches that give depression and stress to agents and make them cry. It tends like these agents doesn't feel like coming in to work happy. I also have friends and we are helping each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not guaranteed to align our salary here in Staples wherein newbies have higher salary than us. I have a basic salary of 16k going 4 years now in Sitel. It is fine for me if they will add 3k on top of my basic pay and I am good with that. About benefits, I used it before and I can say its good
