I have very little to say.
The team is composed of new blood raring to learn. It's a good team but geographically unprotected for awhile. Things are looking up now.
It should match what was promised verbally; and the written form should be provided before you start in the role (not nearly a year after).
Within the Quality team, the desire to learn and improve as individuals so we can better contribute as a team is one of our most positive trait. Unfortunately, local Ops is not as appreciative of our efforts to help.
Frankly, it seems that improvement is now on its way. Before, we have to accommodate unusual demands from local Ops that jeopardizes our quality of work. I know my place but everyone else on the team is new so I end up sticking like a sore thumb for sticking to quality guidelines.
