What makes you most happy at work?

Helping my team mates and resolving difficult issues.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My immediate team. Good communication and we help each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating, fully following through with what they said they would do, bring back the promised rewards program and team incentives.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As the program grows they keep adding on training and expecting us to know more and be more flexible. We are expected to bounce between lines of business as needed, still be an "expert" and also help the new agents.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coach and team mates are great for the most part. Work at home makes it difficult but we have adapted to virtual and are still a team. Upper management (executive) are not in the loop. Communication is poor, incentives have all but disappeared, promises and deadlines are just words in most cases.
