What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding the work completed by the workers and how much, stop increasing expectations when being told by their workers they are struggling/ stressed. Improve communication, show appreciation, provide more notice when there is an increase of work/ expectations. Listen to what their workers say

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management is disconnected from the work we do so when feedback is given it is not an accurate representation. Prefer if evaluations were completed by the direct lead who is more involved in the work we do. Job demand dont match description and pay has never been increased even when job demands have
