It varies, I find something new to work towards or aspire to each day and go from there

certain members of the leadership team do have your best interest at heart and want to see you develop further
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have moved into a position where we are able to meet as a team a bit more frequently which is nice but apart form that the interaction was minimum to nill,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would say it is more so recognition instead of compensation. No one ever acknowledges what we do day in day out. We are told we are valuable assets to the team but are treated less than.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy how we celebrate everything, such as Aboriginals and lots of different cultures around the wolrd. my only piece of advice would be to celebrate black history month as for the vast many years there has been no mention of this at all
