I've been with Sitel for 19 months and my journey has been very hectic with me switching over 7 times to support different lines of business. While it keeps things fresh, I still haven't gotten a chance to 'settle down' and really grow into my role. Training and moving around all the time is tiring.

My managers are very understanding and they show how much they appreciate the work I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the compensation for coaches should be more than what it is right now. There are some instances where our agents earn even more than we do in a paycheck.
