It's been wonderful. I would like a more competitive wage that we see in the contact center industry. By competitive I mean $45,000.00 with bonuses. Ideally $50,000.00 a year should achievable by year ends.

They are professional, personable and friendly. We see each other as one big team and we help each everday to complete the tasks that need to be done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair equal wage across the all Coaches/salaried staff. Starting at 45,000.00 Canadian a year plus month performance bonuses and to include a stock option and a company pension.
