What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to modernize the company, but such modernization should become much faster - we are lagging behind in terms of technology capabilities and mix of non-voice support channels and technical skills behind other BPOs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team's approach to work is very professional - we set ourselves to/adhere to very high standards in terms of work output quantity (number of completed work tasks) and quality (quality in everything that we do).
