I've been working in the company for 6 years and had the chance to meet amazing people that I will take with me always. On top of that, which is already a big win, the executive team gave me the chance to start a career in an area I'm passionate about and I will always be grateful for!

Empathy, transparency, willingness to help and succeed in our daily tasks and overall goals. No one is left behind and we look out for each other complementing each ones knowledge.

Taking my current Manager out of the equation, I believe the other leaders really care about the associates well-being and work as a team to achieve our goals and innovate in everything we do.

Whenever one of us is overloaded with work we immediately help, so there is a balance. We are all kind, honest and back-up each other on the most intense moments and celebrate the best ones together! I always had amazing peers in the company that made an impact on my professional and personal life.
