My own time & i feel valued but over the last 1 year thigs have been different & there has been no intervention from anyone
all are in touch with everyone. We do have a daily connect due to which, we all are more interactive & help each other at work
Due to the reach across different regions and geography, its easier for each and every employee in other countries to understand easier the cultures, festivals and the business environment as well
They are doing their job. Its a new leadership team at the top level & they will surely take some time to settle down. Given the flow of the Sitel culture, they will adap to to it soon though they are yet to connect with each & every team members here
