The managers treatement i would say. and work atmospher as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All is good we do care for each other when it comes to work questions or clarifications, and since we are passing most of time together we are doing great when it come to interactions and we support each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I do like most is the complicity between young and older members, i do also like how managers are comprehensif they do afford all the information and knoweledge to the agents which is good for the company itself, not only that but the atmosphere here is pretty positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Actually there is no best part on this, you worth what you worked for which is fair enough and I do actually like it since i am a hard working person i would like to get compensation package on the efforts I am doing for the company and i'm grateful for what the efforts the company do in back to me.
