Communication, as they are always keeping us updated about the company goals, indicators, and strategies.

Salary is good, but I would be happier with more benefits such as flexible benefits cards or incentives plans.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenges, especially the problems involving programming. Also, being able to help my co-workers. Lastly, being able to work at home is the cherry on top.
