I as an OM am the owner of my business. People First culture!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are well off the markets. I could go to an "internal" call center and make 20k more per year. i don't because i don't work here for the pay, i work here for the people. Sitel is not a place to work if you worry about pay.
