Perks and workspace should be better
I've never see anyone been judge here (like for color or sexual gender)
improve the leadership, pay the salary correctly, respect the work of the employees and do not oblige people to do things that they are not pay to do :)
normally I do the work of the administrative sector, financial and leadership, I am not paid for this, perks should be more fair and the work should be divide equal for the employees.
