Transparency and honesty. Also I think the company should consider inserting training programs that will help them improve their communication skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the company should review the salary and benefits they offer to all employees. Please don't ask people to do more with no added compensation.
