for almost 3 years in the company I would say it's pretty challenging because of the transitional schedule that changes sometimes almost every month sometimes a week but fun because I learned a lot from handling customer service from voice calls to chat support now. And hoping to improve more.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being paid on time, fairness and equality for everyone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
since the pandemic we have not been seeing everyone, so I guess we need to have some team building once the pandemic ends.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now I'm enjoying the work at home set up, I don't need to deal with the traffic outside and deal with other person outside the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whenever we file a vacation leave, even if we notify our Managers ahead of time, it doesn't mean it will be approved already even you still have available vacation leaves.
