I like working in this company it is very interesting and i lean new things everyday but the management team doesn't offer any positive feedback they only focus on the negative. Lately there has been favoritism regarding evolution within the company and no clear answer when asked why.

We help each other we are always working on getting better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication skills, listening to the workers and being fair regarding the evolution providing equal opportunities on the basis of results not friendship
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not listened to the manager acts like our efforts are not valuable, Being treated like a human being at work and getting recognition for the efforts
