Work together. Our Learning Manager makes sure that we keep each other inspired and motivated.

We are treated as humans. They care for our well being and not focusing only on numbers.

The manager inspires us to be better everyday. The team also makes sure that we are supported well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Learning Manager, the senior Learning Manager, and the learning Director, and the Operations managers inspire us to be better and they do their best to support us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Learning Team doesn't have LOB allowance and Complexity allowance. Maxicare used to cover vitamins monthly that keeps associates healthier. I believe in prevention is better than cure so vitamins coverage should be returned.
