Working in Sitel has been a great experience so far, thanks to my team and the management. I think it's better if they are able to provide what we need on the work aspect, too (licenses for apps, certificate courses, study assistance, etc). Flexible benefits will work wonders also, an advancement.

My work brings me happiness. I love what I do and being paid to do it is a plus :)

How we support one another and look after each other when needed. I like how my teammates value good relationships and this is what makes a company if not great, better than the rest.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
