Overall I think, talents and skills are undervalued by our company. Sentiments like salary appraisal, compensation, and benefits are not effectively being tackled or take time to address. Though, the work environment so far is great to work with.

They need to be better at people in general. Compensation, benefits and rewards are main priority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They always say that it's based on the market but it's really not. You can take an offer somewhere else, doubling the amount that you currently get. Appraisals are inconsistent and take years to be credited.
