Not that satisfied being with nearly 5years but no annual salary increase.

Need more strategies within the account.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Keep as involved/engaged with all the activities within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My TL did her best but the manager I don't think there's an improvement within the account.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A fair treatment. Need more strategies to improve the account since there's no changes, its just making it worst. No progress within the account. They lessen the agents incentives where infact that's the only option that can motivate us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been with the company for nearly 5years and no annual increase happens ever since. I could even imagine how we are trying to value this company but that never reflects with the company itself. Not sure if it is still worth it to continue. Hope they can realized how to value their employees.
