I stayed here for 11 years because of the best HMO and the account I work with before pandemic was fun. Even if I no longer work at my previous account I am still happy because I became part of the fleet team for more than a year now.

We have been given a chance to work at home during pandemic. Our team is growing and our manager is kind and understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The allowance provided to us is stuck at 2000 pesos only. It does not increase even if the prices of consumer products and transportation fare have gone up several times for the past 11 years. Looking in to the employee's length of service with Sitel as basis for allowance increase will help us.
