What do you like best about the leadership team?

That I rarely see them, they don't show up at work that much.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I get to interact with my colleagues, and speak with customers from all over the world.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are very involved in their work, they go above and beyond. They always de their best, even when there is no recognition or percs. They are dedicated and hard working.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The space has gotten so toxic lately. There is nothing going on except work. There are no activities, nothing exciting happening. People are almost depressed and everyone is looking for a new job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My opinions, and ideas are rarely taken into account. We don't get any Max activities where I work, I only see the pictures on WhatsApp. The amount of work does not match my compensation, so I think I should get a raise.
