Over-all i enjoy staying with Sitel as thye are offering different leadership training that us Employees can join from agent, to Tls, to managers up to higher level.

it is better if there will be appraisal for Supervisors and agents.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are now improving the environment that we have here in the office. adding additional things to lessen the boredom of its employees.
