The good aspects are really very good compared to competitors, but the bad sides are really bad and despite the willingness to get those parts improved the actual steps towards that goal are extremely slow.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The years of experience and productivity aren't payed and also the bonus skim isn't based in a logical fairly structure taking under consideration the various difficulty levels of various tasks but is based instead only in general digits and numbers.
