I am very happy so far with Sitel, I want to see the growth of the company and my own growth and improvement within the company.

I am happy in this company and a huge part of that is our HR Director of Greece. Constantly challenging us, developing our skills and inspiring us. I have additionally gotten to work for the first time with our Training Manager who is also a big contributor to my skill development in Sitel.

Our Team honestly, we work very hard but we all want to work well and do our best for the team and for Sitel

I like that our leadership team take the time to hear about each of our teams. Challenges, opportunities we can offer etc.. I greatly like that they are approachable

What I like best is my direct Manager - Olga Diplarou. She is constantly inspiring me, pushing me to achieve more and teaching me. I could not have asked for a better mentor
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part for me is the knowledge. Many of Greece's OMs and HR Members are very knowledgeable in the industry and in their field which is wonderful to have around as we automatically go to problem solving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a TEAM! We work together we try to learn from each other. We all have the same goal to see SITEL Greece succeed and you feel the team working together to make that happen. We each have our expertise and there is a strong respect for each other's knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a Manager I look up to, one I am constantly learning from. Always inspiring, always logical, always shows great understanding of the industry, or HR & Operations. It is very difficult to find someone who knows how to support all parts of the business. It's a pleasure to be working with Olga.
