I am overall satisfied thus the reason I stayed for more than a decade. There are a lot of opportunities to work on but I could definitely say that this is a much better experience I had compared to when I started.

I like how our team is working along. Very open to each other and we cover for everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I am underpaid compared to the same position I have with other competitors. if the salary will be aligned to the market value then I guess we don't have issues.
