They need to work on their People skills and the betterment of employee experience
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Improve on how to be genuinely part of the team. To lead by example and not to judge their team mate based on their own analysis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Check on the market offer. I was offered an early retirement benefit during my contract signing but it did not reflect on my contract. Make this applicable for everyone and not just with version 1 employees.
