We value all associates contribution. We respect all employees regardless of culture, color, race and belief
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the salary is not aligned with other BPO industry. For retention purposes, we need to improve the associates salaries that would help boost their morale and cope up with the increase of cost of living and food prices
