The transition to Sitel, I don't feel any significant changes. Only the leadership position has a huge changes. Hopefully Sitel will not throw us out side the bus. So far so good for me :)

Since our setup is WAH, our electric bill raise significantly. Hopefully electric bill allowance.

Right now our setup is WAH. Im happy working at home. I'm close with my love ones.

We all know that our motivation to work is having a good paying job. Hopefully increasing the pay for us :)
