What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Pay more attention to individual needs, actually be transparent rather than talking about being transparent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Work at home, as I do not have to see all the people that are rude to me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The attitude of some peers and the actions my OM should take to stop it but is not taking any. She rather protects them instead.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They actually need to do their job, as simple as that. They need to learn some work ethics and stop asuming the OM role when they aren't OMs. They are very rude and disrespectful

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary and the rise i got does not correspond to my achievements. Other people in my campaign who i know do not do as much as 10% of the work i do got a higher rise. This is not fair especially because they seem to be protected for no obvious reason rather than personal and not professional
