Everyone really tries their best and help each other with the poor information we have

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It can be improved by proper communication and documentation/ training. Sending messages and emails telling dont do X or you need to do X doesnt really motivate

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Firstly the training was the worst I have ever experienced. The trainers were good but we basically lack everything we need to do our job. There arent enough documents, when an employee leave, information and knowledge will leave as we store all information we learned verbally in our memory.
