The relationship of support that we have. The understanding of any ad hoc issues and leaves. The flexibility in approach.
The stability of the job, compared to the current market. The opportunity to meet a lot of different people (pre covid W@H).
Invest in opportunities to grow, stop bombarding us with manager roles and coach growths (which are largely inadequate,), and already obviously predetermined in selection. Focus on things that matter (quality of work, tools, pay). Too much focus on making the company look good instead of on employee
No opportunity to grow, company promotes "self growth, and proactivity". No REAL and proper mentorship program. Company EXTREMELY values soft skill over hard skills, so manager role is 90% of the company, which provides little to no variety in choice. Pay lower than competition. No IT improvement
Company very behind in both technology and improvement, too much on people focus while not actually improving any quality of work. Outdated solutions used without proactively searching for new and better ways to improve. This is (I think) due to lack of knowledge and creativity of upper management.
