On a campaign lvl, I feel that I am going back, because there is less opportunities to learn and grow. There is no mentorship unless I look it for myself. Regular feedback on good and back lacks unless it is mandatory. On a comp. level, this company should follow the market and learn from mistakes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company rarely reviews pays, not even to review inflation, and other economic changes in the country. Overtime is not payed unless for a CSAs work. Also the agent-overhead ratio has always been unrealistic, so one has more job than it is realistic to do in 8 working hours (for some positions).
