I was able to fight my way up to the position where I am currently on. I didn't receive much support. I've met some great people and I am still meeting them. This is a great experience and very valuable skills are are learned in here.

Organization of work/tasks, a lot of ad hoc things to be done. Time management is poor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to do duties that are for my position only, not additional duties that are normally for other positions
