Work from home and the whole equipment provided, if something is not working, it can be easily exchanged, a fair compensation provided for utilities.

They are transparent with the information given and they truly get engaged with you, as a person and how they can help you grow in business, in Sitel.
What makes you most happy at work?
The success of my team, their good metrics, the opportunity to place my ideas to the superiors who are open-minded about hearing them, and the nice, friendly environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open-mindedness and transparency are something that you cannot encounter everywhere but it is a staple at Sitel, and when something is not good, it is discussed and made better whenever possible! It is a progressive environment for sure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More bonus incentives programs - and the prizes do not have to be only monetary. Also, inclusion of the management - starting from Leads to Seniors - in different opportunities to grow, seminars or different courses also outside Sitel's platforms/Academy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always there for each other, and we care about each other, we are humans and appreciate their expertise but also the bond and the friendship. We VALUE each other in every sense: professionally and beyond. We do our best to create the best environment possible within our team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available when there is a need to reach them. They work hard to obtain new clients and make sure all of the employees keep their job and position, while constantly fighting to provide better working conditions - for example salary increase in March 2022 and some incentive programs.
