Salary increase ( its been a while )and retirement benefits

Most in my team are approachable, knowledgeable and easy to dal with except for one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary. It was more than 5 yrs ago that we got an increase on basic pay. Cost of living is higher now than it was 5 yrs ago.
