Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very grateful for what the company is giving me now however, due to crisis and pandemic we are experiencing now, our salary is not enough anymore. We hope that we can earn more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish they will not removed data allowance even if you have leave for 5 days or more especially if it is medical reason , they can compute it on a daily basis. And a higher basic will make us stay in the company.
