Completing my daily task and knowing at the end of the day I have no backlogs.

Our GSD management mostly my team lead is always showing her best to care and provide support every single time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued I'm being realistic with the inflation continues and with the ongoing crisis an additional compensation is highly appreciated and needed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not about working together it's the pandemic I had a relative who died because of Covid so my trauma is still in full effect.
