Being able to work efficiently with the help of the team and being safe here at home; no traffic; no fear of getting rob and no excuses for being late.

The positive side of being able to work from home are the following: Instead of being stuck in traffic my off hours I can use it to rest; exercise; more time with my family and I was able to budget my not so big salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the world's economy is affecting our country, I hope Sitel will consider giving at least P2,000.00 increase to all employees. If they cannot provide that at least consider a permanent work from home. I saved a lot when given the opportunity to work from home
