Can't say much, I work from home, but when it comes to online interactions, I would say I almost always had a positive experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been paid for more with the same exact job role I had with a different company. It would be nice if Sitel Group can match compensation and level with industry standards.
