I'm a little confused about it, once I've had very good and very bad experiences. But I'm very grateful for my job right now and it's thousand times better than when I was on the "floor".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's very easy to reach them when needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think that most times we cannot acknowledge the culture in our daily work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My boss is the best thing at my team, once the others members are not much open, with very limited ideas and not much friendly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It has to be more clear to where I'm going as professional, what can I work and fight for, what can I accomplish and how to evolve in my career, because otherwise it's just like a work to a paycheck in the end of month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I invest a lot in my education so I can do a better job everyday and progress in my career, but I have to take a second job so I can really pay for my bills and study. Also I cannot see how to build a family with my salary right know. It's very challenging.
